In his most recent role as the President and CEO of Applus RTD North America, Phil demonstrated unwavering commitment to driving innovation and operational excellence. With extensive experience in both private and public companies, Warren has held impactful C-level executive positions in industries such as engineering and construction, professional services, oilfield services, manufacturing, wholesaling, and distribution. In addition to his role with Critical Infrastructure LLC, he is currently serving as a Principal at The Catalyst Group where he holds the responsibility of identifying and assessing potential investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions, overseeing due diligence, and managing portfolio investments. Beyond these duties, David also contributes his expertise as a board member for Superior Plant Rentals, Allocations Specialists, LLC, and Pipeline Holdings, LLC.
Prior to his role at The Catalyst Group, David played a pivotal role as the Vice President and General Manager at Cameron International’s Pressure Control Business Unit, where he significantly contributed to the business’s trajectory toward success.
Meet Brad Gurasich, a distinguished Director at Critical Infrastructure Holdings, where he holds a central role in sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions, leading due diligence, and managing portfolio investments.
Brad brings a wealth of expertise as an accomplished financial analyst and investment strategist. Prior to his role at Critical Infrastructure Holdings, he served as the CFO and Investment Analyst for Goshawk Global Investments, LLC, an equity investment manager headquartered in Austin, Texas. In this capacity, Brad showcased his financial acumen and strategic insight.
Before joining Goshawk Global Investments, Brad held the position of Senior Finance Manager for Alta Colleges, Inc., a private post-secondary education company, where he played a key role in shaping financial strategies. His earlier experience as an Investment Banking Analyst for the global and industrial services group at Credit Suisse First Boston further underscored his proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. As a CFA charter holder, he brings a high level of professional expertise to his role at Critical Infrastructure Holdings.

Sarah’s journey in communications and marketing began as a Marketing Consultant with Sinclair Broadcast Group, where she honed her skills in developing omni-channel marketing strategies. Leveraging the latest data-driven technologies alongside traditional advertising channels, she demonstrated a keen ability to create impactful campaigns for clients. Her strategic approach to marketing was instrumental in driving success and visibility for the brands she served.
Prior to her role at Critical Infrastructure Holdings, Sarah served as a Marketing Project Manager for Inhouse Advertising, a dynamic multi-media agency based in Tulsa, OK. In this capacity, she showcased her versatility in change management and effectively managed hyper-growth scenarios. Sarah’s expertise extended to creating and sustaining processes that allowed for scalability, contributing significantly to the agency’s success.
